New tendencies of research activity are revealed. Modern conceptual means of generation of theoretical knowledge, their interactions with experience are presented. The approaches to an assessment of efficiency of researches of activity due to economy of resources are proved. It is claimed that the analysis of research activity is the engine of transition to an innovative way of development.
