In the article the territorial features of distribution and use of fixed assets of the agricultural enterprises of the Tyumen region are considered. Essential differentiation of the territory both on the level of security by fixed assets, and by efficiency of their use is shown. On the basis of the made analysis the conclusions were drawn on the features of territorial distribution of fixed assets in development of regional agriculture.
