In the article the author's model process-oriented enterprise management system is offered. Uniform integrity process-oriented control system is reached at the expense of correctly built agreed targets and the balanced system of criteria. Success of offered model is confirmed by its introduction at the enterprises of the oil and gas sphere and railway transport.
