The process of sales is one of the main criteria of competitiveness of the company. The control system of sales is considered, the business process of sales is analyzed, the motivation system for each of participants of this process is offered. The system of indicators of management efficiency is created by sales which allow coordinating the company purposes to needs of clients, the personnel and owners.
