Integrated research-production complex as form of interaction of business entities

Comparison of basic provisions of the conceptual directions of efficiency of the integrated production systems and forms of interaction of the organizations is carried out. The conclusion is drawn that the integrated scientific-industrial complex considered as association of the small knowledge-intensive enterprises can be considered as an independent form of interaction with the specific signs.
