In the article development of investment business activity of the Russian economy in modern conditions that occurs with direct participation of its regions on the basis of headband internationalization is considered. This process is realized by attraction of foreign direct and other investments. The place, role of internationalization of the capital in investment business and problems on development ways are defined.
