Advantages of modular system of personnel assessment in project oriented companies

In the article the advantages of the modular scheme within which to each module there correspond the principles of selection of a method for an assessment of employees are opened, it is shown that this technique allows to minimize probability of a wrong assessment of the employee who on the psychological, motivational and labor qualities isn't suitable for such specific area as design activity.
