Rents as category of modern economic science

Researchers even more often define specifics of the social and economic system which has developed in the post-reform Russia, through the concept "rent economy". Due to such assessment it is important to deal with the economic nature of a rent as category of modern economic science. Occurring cardinal changes in economic basis of the social relations cause extension of the list of rent resources that predetermines emergence of new types of investment incomes and new social and economic contradictions.
