Theory and practice of modern rating: critical notes

The article describes some critical notes on the modern practice of ranking. Possibilities of imitating modeling of process of development of ratings are discussed. The need of the solution of a problem of synthesis of properties with control and an assessment of productivity on a set of diverse and multidirectional indicators are revealed.
