In the article organizational and economic and legal bases of use of lands of distant-pasture animal husbandry in the conditions of the Republic of Dagestan are presented. The structure and technique of use of the earth of agricultural purpose the provision of formation of land use of the agricultural enterprises are considered. The analysis of use of lands of distant-pasture animal husbandry is carried out and the corresponding conclusions and offers of their rational use are presented.
