Information support of rationing fuel costs in cost fiscal services in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

In the article the results of researches of features of information support of procedures of rationing of an expense of fuels and lubricants in the budgetary establishments of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are presented. Conceptual offers on optimization of planning of an expense of fuels and lubricants on the basis of some methods of the functional analysis are offered. This approach to rationing of material inputs of the budgetary establishments will allow to optimize somewhat the cost of the budgetary service in the conditions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
