Young scientists aren't always familiar with the methods and technology of the organization of scientific research, can't accurately formulate relevance, the purposes, tasks, object and an object of research. It leads to increase in time and labor expenditure, reduces quality of scientific work. In the article the maintenance of preparatory, research and final investigation phases, its relevance, the purpose and tasks, object and a subject, scientific hypothesis is presented.
