Stabilization of modern labor market as one of the main vectors of sustainable development of Russia

In the article the problems of stabilization of the modern Russian labor market are described. The points of view of researchers on the matters are given. The systematization of the destabilizing and stabilizing factors influencing formation of the labor market is offered. The conclusion is drawn that further stabilization of the labor market should be based on quality of life and the quality of working life.
