In the article scientific justification of monitoring of the efficiency of functioning of new productions is presented. Authors offer the approach to an assessment and monitoring of efficiency of process of the industrial development, based on integrity theoretical, applied researches and design. The conclusion is drawn that monitoring the effectiveness of the development will provide the required return on capital.
