Level and quality of life of population as the criteria for measuring the results of economic development

The problem of measurement of level and quality of life of the population, shortcomings and advantages of known and entered indexes is considered. The analysis of structure of time of the agents, defining distribution of the most valuable resource is carried out. On change of this structure it is possible to determine shift of preferences by kinds of activity, to estimate efficiency of use and time replacement, a mode and form of economic development.
