Social and economic development of any country is impossible without a process of attraction of investments for activization of creation the certain institutional conditions and competent management. In the article the analysis of normative documents of the existing investment legislation in several areas is presented, the dependence of growth rates and volumes of attraction of investments into economy of subjects from used regulatory base is defined.
