Model of assessment of preference level in question of adaptive selection of fundamental conditions of conducting activity of economic agents

The fundamental conditions of economic activity are the definition of the location and scope of employment. For validity of their choice the author puts and solves a problem of development and justification of model of an assessment of preference level in which the subjectivity problem is excluded. For this purpose in research ordering and the critical analysis of known approaches of an assessment of economic development are carried out, the primary approbation of a technique is offered.
