In the article the solution of an actual problem of an economic science and practice - the tasks of an assessment of efficiency of integration of the organizations is considered. Author's vision of the concept "efficiency" is offered. Existing systems of an assessment of innovative capacity of the organization are considered, and on their basis the system of an assessment of efficiency of integration of the organizations is made.
