The article is devoted to the problem of management of industrial enterprise and the identification of its features in point bifurcation, as enterprises in the trajectory attractor. It is offered to choose as the business process, making solving impact on economic parameters of development of the enterprise, corporate culture of work, and as the assessment device - the theory of indistinct sets.
