In the article the laws of systems development and their influence on the economic analysis of development of the organizations are investigated. It is revealed that laws of development are the base on which theoretical bases of the economic analysis are realized and the assessment, diagnostics and forecasting of development of the organizations is carried out. The analysis of law development of systems allowed to reveal the main analytical objectives and organization indicators parameters on which the considered laws have effect
