Methodological approaches of regional innovation elasticity estimation

In the article the techniques of an inter-country assessment of innovative development are considered. The system of indicators of an assessment of innovation subjects of the Russian Federation is offered. Approbation of the considered indicators is carried out and communication between knowledge index and efficiency of regional development is defined.
