Strategic positioning in research of modern macroeconomic systems

In the article the method of strategic positioning in research of social and economic problems of functioning and development of macroeconomic systems by positioning of the basic macroeconomic parameters in system of coordinates "controllability-efficiency" is considered. For each of the quadrants of the proposed matrix the optimal strategy of state regulation are revealed.
