In the article with the statistic, graphic, functional methods dynamics of the price and demand for alcohol production, assessment of the price elasticity, calculation of the billing fluctuation with elastic and inelastic demand were analyzed, allocation of the excise load among producers and customers was researched, relationships between excise load and degree of hidden activity, between legal and illegal market of the alcohol production were revealed.
