In the article actual problems of business assessment are considered, the analysis of the points of view of domestic and foreign economists on problems of such assessment, and also treatments of the separate concepts stated in federal standards of an assessment is given, spheres of rational application of methods of an assessment are proved, the author's technique of justification of awards for business risk for the potential buyer is given.
