Scenario evaluation of technological development of agriculture in the region

Administrative actions on development of agriculture of the region are based on the analysis of the external and internal environment. In the article the technique of three-step assessment of internal state and external environment is presented, the directions of use of resource capacity of the agricultural organizations are defined.
