In the article formation of corporations and their role in development of world pharmaceutical industry is considered. The analysis of structure, condition, dynamics and tendencies of development of the world and Russian pharmaceutical sphere is carried out. Advantages, priorities and problems of development of corporations in modern dynamic conditions of global economy are formulated.
