In the article the practice of implementation of infrastructure regional projects on energy saving with use of mechanisms of state-private partnership in regions of Russia, confirming is analyzed that difficulties arise where there are no worked forms of interaction of authorities and business in the infrastructure sphere, the weak involvement of bank structures into selection and the analysis of projects remains.
