Active development of rural credit cooperation, involvement in its activity of wide involvement of people actualizes the control and regulation questions, in particular, development of financial standards. In the article seven groups of the analytical factors, stating an assessment of separate aspects of financial condition and risks of credit cooperatives are offered.
