In the article the analysis of structural shifts on the integrated sectors of economy of the Kaliningrad region is presented: industry, agriculture, construction, transport and communication, trade. The period of research is 20 years: from 1990 to 2010, base is 1990. The parameters VRP, fixed assets, investments are considered.
