The forecast of social and economic development of Moscow for 2012 and the planned period 2013 and 2014 is developed on the basis of scenery conditions, key parameters of forecast of functioning of economy of the Russian Federation in 2012-2014 by two base options 2b (investment) and 2с (optimistic).
