In the conditions of the global competition the modern companies even more often resort to creation of strategic alliances that does questions of effective strategy development of cooperation and their successful realization very actual. In article dynamics of integration processes in the Russian economy is considered. The technique of an assessment of integration prospects and a choice of the potential partner is offered.
