Russian art market: problems and perspectives

Transition to the market touched upon also the culture sphere - works ceased to be considered only as cultural wealth. Gradual integration of Russian art on the international art market began. However the role of domestic art on a world art scene remains almost imperceptible. At the same time a number of factors offer special prospects and profitability of the market of art works for the Russian economy.
