Using system and complex approaches, the tools of the analysis of innovative development of the enterprises of defense industry complex in the conditions of change of tasks and conditions of its functioning are investigated. The integrated assessment of development, tools of definition of its level and the analysis of influence of innovative development on reproduction of the capital of the defensive enterprises are presented and considered.
