Model of multicriterial evaluation of investor's proposals at property privatization

In the article the actual processes of privatization of a property with reference to real estate objects of the federal ministries and departments which are used insufficiently effectively is proved. On this basis, the authors proposed a contemporary approach to assessing the feasibility of such facilities, and developed mathematical models, algorithm and tools to perform calculations that you can choose of the potential investor, able to generate additional revenue in the budget.
