The conditions for applying the Jacknife in regression analysis are considered in the article. It is offered to use this method for reduction of bias of estimates of parameters of the regression received by a method of the smallest squares. The practical importance of application of the Jacknife method locates in the statistical analysis of agricultural activity is justified.
