In conditions innovation economy, in which science and technology become the basis of competitiveness and immediate productive force, especially important tools for effective choice of the innovative project. The authors developed the integrating method of matrix analysis, allowing to formalize the process of adoption of managerial decisions in terms of innovative development of the product.
