The influence of initial (maximum) price of the contract for implementation of procurement operations

After 01.01.2012 the federal law No. 223-FZ "Purchasing of goods, works and services by specific types of legal entities" was enter into force. The document establishes new responsibilities of enterprises with varying degrees of government participation in capital, also infrastructure and natural monopolies in part of in informational and normative provision of purchasing, as well as to establish the initial (maximum) price of contract. The author examines the problem of defining initial price, its impact on ongoing procedures.
