In the article the theoretical analysis of a change in the results of constructing the endogenous models of economic increase is carried out Romer and AK- model, and also the models of economic increase with human capital and under the effect of the limitations of the social and economic asymmetry of regions, which is formed on the basis of the regional differentiation of the structure of industrial production and competitor processes.
