Vector method of the rating estimation

The analysis of the existing procedures of composition of rating of regions of the Russian Federation is presented. The results of calculations of rating regions by vector method are shown. The comparison of the results of calculations with the results of the additive method of convoluting the criteria is given. The inadequacy of the results of rating estimation is noted. The vector model of rating estimation for the three-dimensional matrix of indices (factors) and sub factors is proposed.
