As shows world experiment, tourism is strategically important branch for social and economic development of the region. One of the most actual and perspective approaches to its development is cluster. Before making decisions on formation of a cluster it is necessary to carry out the fullest economic and statistical analysis of a key branch. In the article the research of the indices of the tourist sector of Krasnoyarsk region is carried out.
