Trends of development of the theories of balance of payment

In the article the classical, marginalize, keynesian, monetary and neoclassical theories of payment balance are examined. The contemporary trends of development of the theories of pay balance, the formations of disproportions in the world economy before and after of world crisis 2008 explaining reasons are named. It is proved that under the conditions for post-crisis development were strengthened the positions of neoclassicists.
