Upgrade of Russia: the historical context and concept working out

The end of the XX century was characterized by mass transition of a number of the countries from administrative to market economy in this connection before an economic science there was a group of the new problems connected with post-communist transformation. In the article the problem of judgment and generalization of the new economic phenomena, revision of doctrines and strategy of domestic and foreign policy is presented. The conclusion is drawn that the economy in transition is objective process, as each stage settles the resources to pass to new level.
