Analysis of distribution system and its role in the implementation of the corporate strategy

On the basis of the analysis of financial performance of activity of distributors the average structure of expenses is created. Methodology of analysis of financial indicators of the distributors is developed. The conclusion that the distribution system, capable to strengthen and expand a market share, at the expense of effective system of controlling from the supplier, is the important instrument of realization of corporate strategy is drawn.
