The definition of the term «failure» in supply chains

In the article various approaches to definition of concept "refusal" in chains of deliveries are analyzed and existing classifications of their kinds are considered. Also complexities of revealing and the account of refusals in chains of deliveries and importance of gathering of statistics about their occurrence for the subsequent researches are analyzed.
