In the article the procedure of the delay of coordinates for predicting the time series, which represents the volume of the consumption of nonalcoholic production, is used. Result is the construction of forecast with the use of fractal dimensionality. Correctness of forecast allows to use this procedure at the market of the nonalcoholic production.
