The ecological tax and its role in innovative development of civil aircraft

Ecological problem of integral evaluation of innovative projects in civil aviation, in connection with the tighter standards became very important. For example, the innovation of using cryogenic fuels and low noise level layouts, it is considered the impact of emissions of harmful substances and aircraft noise on performance of air transportation. It is concluded the catalytic role of environmental tax in the innovation development of aviation.
