The study of the history of development of the market of corporate control United States is an important area of research in the theory of corporate governance and organization theory, because it allows to understand the genesis of today's hierarchical control systems of industrial enterprises. Concept A. Chandler's is an integrated interpretation of the evolution of the American corporate sector.
