Efficiency of use and allocation of public support for grain farming

In conditions of budgetary constraints become especially urgent more efficient allocation of subsidies to producers. Method of calculating a normalized measure of effectiveness of grain production is proposed in the article. On the basis, an assessment of the effectiveness of the distribution and use of public funds are made.
