Optimization in supply management conglomerate holding

The need of formation and maintenance of internal competition among trading houses and supply units of the holding companies for purchase orders required inventory are justified in the article. It is presented the algorithm for determining of the position of the inventory, procurement which should be centralized or decentralized. A list of indicators for assessing the efficiency of procurement is clarified and supplemented.
