In the article the questions connected with vocational training and vocational training of the condemned are considered. The offered model of a recoupment of the budgetary funds invested by the state in channelized, allows to reveal the factors and conditions of maintenance of economic efficiency of system of vocational training of the persons, leaving punishments in correctional facilities.
